SHIPPING & RETURNS
WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE US
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship through USPS, and occasionally UPS when necessary. APO, FPO, and PO box addresses will be shipped with USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 5 business days for standard shipping. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. Some items may ship in separate boxes, but will not require additional shipping charges.
Once the package has left O'dara Exotic Skincare and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.

We at O'dara work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This, unfortunately, means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.
O R D E R I S S U E S
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@odaraexoticskin.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if an item is missing from your order. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement or a refund. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.
In the unlikely event that a package marked as delivered is missing, we are happy to send a replacement once. Please wait 3 business days before reaching out to us. We recommend also contacting your building manager, front desk, or neighbor to assist with locating the package.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and is safe to use for the duration of their 12-month shelf-life.
R E F U N D S + E X C H A N G E S
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer returns within 10 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, items must be in new condition.Please pack the items safely back into the original packaging and ship to return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must be in new condition in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns of partial sets at this time. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed.
If a purchase is made through an unauthorized O'dara retailer, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange. If you are unsure as to whether or not the retailer is authorized, please reach out to us at info@odaraexoticskin.com
O'dara Exotic Skincare does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to O'dara Exotic Skincare.
Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.
Please include your receipt with your email address, otherwise, the credit cannot be issued.
